Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNP,CISCO,CCIE RS
∎ Skills Required: Very Good English Communication Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCVP Voice, Cisco Firewall Firepower Certified
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains and supports appropriate customer service standards in resolving equipment / service problems.
∎ Analyses current architecture and propose and implement new business requirements.
∎ Responsible for capacity planning and performance reports of various telecommunications systems.
∎ Contributes to improving Business Continuity development and proposes solutions to increase RTO's including directly and indirectly responsible tasks.
∎ Interacts with external and internal Contractors \ Vendor
∎ Provides daily operation support for Voice, Data and Security services.
∎ Provides after Hour support based on group rotation schedules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred 10 years overall in IT Telecommunications and 5 years specialized in IT Telecommunications administration or related projects implementation.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in Multi-site and Multi-Country Environment.
∎ Experience in WAN, LAN, WLAN, Firewall, SDWAN and VPN device Setup
∎ Experience in Voice, Data and Security Telecom related Services
∎ University in IT or similar degree or similar experience required.
∎ CCNP, CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORKING PROFESSIONAL. (Present ID number) or any other of the following Certifications:
∎ CCIE R&S or CCVP Voice, or Cisco Firewall Firepower Certified. (Present ID number)
∎ English is required.
∎ Scripting and Linux systems is a plus.
∎ Travel Availability in/out the country, is required.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Office Hours: 9 hours in a day including 1 hour lunch and prayers break
