Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Shariah Audit in different window/branches
∎ Compliance and monitoring of Shariah Audit
∎ Activities related to Shariah Supervisory Committee Meeting
∎ Selling and marketing of Islamic Banking products & services to Retail, SME and Corporate clients
∎ Managing and retaining relationships with existing & potential clients
∎ Monitoring repayment, documentation and recovery of the existing Islamic Banking clients.
∎ Ensuring compliance of Islamic Banking rules and regulations to the Bank Management & Bangladesh Bank
∎ Assess and recommend business proposals received from different Islamic Banking Windows
∎ Balancing and managing the daily cash flow and liquidity of funds within the bank.
∎ Handling the investments in securities, foreign exchange, asset/liability management and cash instruments
∎ Customer Service
∎ Account opening, documentation and related activities
∎ Preparing necessary MIS reports and presentation as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Supervise & monitor the overall business & operations of the Islamic Banking Window
∎ Comprehensive knowledge about Islamic Shariah
∎ Comprehensive knowledge about Islamic Banking products and services
