Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the main contact for both investors and merchants, answering their questions and helping them with any issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s Shariah-compliant investment options.
Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, making sure they understand the company’s services and procedures.
Provide ongoing support to merchants and investors, helping resolve any problems related to their transactions or accounts.
Help identify new potential investors and merchants interested in Shariah-compliant investments.
Gather feedback from both investors and merchants to improve services and address any concerns they may have.
Organize meetings, presentations, and events to keep investors and merchants informed and engaged with the company.
