• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Investment, Banking, Brokerage, Corporate Finance or Related Field.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Multinational Companies, Hospital, Restaurant, Manpower Recruitment, Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Diagnostic Centre, Transport Service

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of local and foreign investment markets

• Experience in investment advisory, fundraising, or corporate finance

• Strong knowledge of bank loan processing and financial institutions

• Ability to communicate with foreign investors and partners

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Bangladesh Bank, BIDA, etc.)

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English communication (spoken & written)

To support business expansion and financial growth, the company is seeking a professional Investment Consultant (Local & Foreign) who will manage investment sourcing, financial planning, and corporate financing including bank loan arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach local and foreign investors

• Develop and present investment proposals and business plans

• Build and maintain strong investor relationships

• Facilitate foreign investment processes and documentation

• Coordinate with management for fundraising strategies

• Analyze financial data and prepare investment reports

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Support expansion projects through strategic investment planning

• Arrange and process all types of company bank loans

• Handle term loans, working capital, and project financing

• Maintain strong communication with banks and financial institutions

• Prepare and submit financial documents, proposals, and loan applications

• Follow up and ensure loan approval and disbursement processes
