Working experience in software Tools Automated system (oracle)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Checking of Scratch Card, Enterprise & eCommerce inventory
∎ Test card issue for Scratch Card
∎ Daily Inventory update with Lot & Serial
∎ Material Transaction Report feedback
∎ Manage for Monthly inventory reconciliation report
∎ Supervise for Critical troubleshooting in system and physical end
∎ Manage Primary receiving (Device and handset)
∎ Monitor for Rack inventory management
∎ Daily Checking of KIT and Replacement Inventory
∎ Manage Modem and Router inventory
∎ Test SIM card issue for Kit and Replacement Card
∎ Daily Inventory reconciliation with systems
∎ Supervise for Monthly inventory reconciliation
∎ Product Booking management
∎ Manage Return activities
∎ Manage physical product picking for delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Supply chain management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Leadership Role.
∎ Should have prior working experience in software/Tools/Automated system ( oracle ERP good to have)
∎ Fluency in English as medium of communication
∎ Knowledge regarding VAT & Tax for WH logistic operations
∎ Knowledge and working experience On Global standard HSSE process
∎ Knowledge on controlling function A/C, Inventory management process/Physical inventory/Non-inventory etc
∎ Experienced in line with DIFE requirements
