Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in account wise sales strategy planning and interventions.
∎ Assisting in implementing an effective sales & marketing drive that ensures monthly sales and
∎ revenue target.
∎ Maintains Partnership with OEMs/ Partners
∎ Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Reporting on sales ops activities.
∎ Assist in preparing the sales reports as per the guidelines of the supervisor.
∎ Ensuring compliance and diligence in documentation and processing
∎ Assist in generating new clientele for eGeneration.
∎ Fixing meetings with potential customers
∎ Generates Sales Calls to potential customers.
∎ Doing office correspondence with the existing and potential customers
∎ Continuous business learning and professional growth
∎ Assist in developing quotes and proposals for potential clients.
∎ Assist in conversion of sales prospects from qualified leads to value presentation.
∎ Any relevant assigned task by the supervisor
∎ Updates and maintains information and program tracking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have all course work of current degree completed except internship.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Candidate must have good computer literacy and experience in formatting/editing
∎ documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
∎ Cheerful attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take initiative.
∎ Good manners, appearance, polite.
∎ Energetic in searching for new clients online, new channels to get an order.
∎ Problem-solving mindset.
∎ Ability to do sales pitching and demonstrate products and services onsite for potential customers.
∎ Value selling
∎ Knowledge in IT Sales in Bangladesh market & beyond
∎ Strong drive to win.
∎ Ability to do teamwork & bring results.
∎ Must be cooperative and collaborative while communicating and performing.
