Position Details
Position: Business Development & E-commerce Intern
Internship Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Duration: 3–6 Months
Number of Vacancies: 6
Compensation: Paid Internship (Allowance will be discussed during interview)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding exporters and manufacturers onto Alibaba.com
Conduct market research and generate potential B2B leads
Support client communication and follow-up activities
Assist in product listing creation and optimization
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Prepare reports, maintain CRM data, and track performance metrics
Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve monthly targets
Educational Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree
Preferred background: BBA, Marketing, International Business, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields
Job Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / ChatGPT, Canva
Interest in E-commerce, B2B Trade, and International Business
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Additional Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Previous internship or campus leadership experience will be considered an advantage
