Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Public Health, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Bachelor in Business Administration, Development studies, Economics, , Education, Public Health, Environmental science, or any other relevant discipline from government recognized Public/Private university.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Demonstrated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities.
∎ 0 to 1 years in NGO or development sector is preferable. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent in English writing and speaking.
∎ Good report writing in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, , and Internet browsing is required.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
∎ Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Identifying and developing synopsis for potential funding opportunity, support in drafting proposal, concept notes, and donor reporting.
∎ Support in the development of fundraising contents including capacity statements, newsletters, organizational profile, and other materials as per fundraising communication plan.
∎ Support in communications and disseminate in the social media.
∎ Provide/ Track regular update of grants follow up toolkit with new and ongoing projects activities, funding pipeline, reporting calendar, donor and partner engagement database and ensure all processes are completed as and when required.
∎ Provide support for day-to-day activities and tasks as needed, based on team requirements.
∎ Job Context : The Intern is responsible for supporting the project coordinator and reporting manager in all relevant activities - maintaining existing donor relationships and preparation of quality concept notes and proposals, as well as preparing high quality reports and communication materials for both donors and HSF HQ.

What we want to do:
In underserved rural areas, individuals often lack access to proper medical care from qualified professionals, leading them to rely on pharmacies and unlicensed practitioners. This gap in primary healthcare access results in unchecked medication usage and dependence on unregulated treatments. Recognizing this pressing issue, HSF endeavors to launch the Access to Primary Health Care (A2PHC) project in rural and remote regions.
Project Overview:
This A2PHC initiative aims to address the healthcare discrepancy by providing essential medical advice in 10 unions of Dhunat and Sariakandi Upazila in Bogura District, 10 unions of Baniachang and Nabiganj Upazila in Habiganj District. Each day, our designated and registered physician will cover two unions, ensuring comprehensive healthcare access to the local community.
Objectives of the Project:
• Delivering comprehensive medical consultations and prescriptions
• Facilitating access to primary healthcare services
• Mitigating reliance on unlicensed practitioners
• Discouraging self-medication practices
