• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Provides specialized administrative support in developing, implementing, and marketing program/project functions.

• Extensive field visit to project area to implement and follow-up project activities

• Support procurement and purchase related work

• Prepare paperwork and order material through PR, MFR, etc.

• Ensure the smooth running of the medical camp, including set-up, support staff supervision, security, maintenance, and liaison with relevant stakeholders.

• Support and follow through on administrative requirements.

• Work with project coordinators to ensure standardized administrative operations.

• Report preparation and update management accordingly.

• Assist project support staff, facility, and/or volunteers engaged in implementing and administrating program objectives.

• Maintain liaison with govt organizations, NGOs and support the coordination work.

• Support project officials in procurement of necessary items in consultation with PJO/ facility in charge; Keep constant follow-up of the PR and Monthly Fund Requisitions and also ensure that all the logistics arrive in time.
