Responsibilities & Context:
Provides specialized administrative support in developing, implementing, and marketing program/project functions.
Extensive field visit to project area to implement and follow-up project activities
Support procurement and purchase related work
Prepare paperwork and order material through PR, MFR, etc.
Ensure the smooth running of the medical camp, including set-up, support staff supervision, security, maintenance, and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Support and follow through on administrative requirements.
Work with project coordinators to ensure standardized administrative operations.
Report preparation and update management accordingly.
Assist project support staff, facility, and/or volunteers engaged in implementing and administrating program objectives.
Maintain liaison with govt organizations, NGOs and support the coordination work.
Support project officials in procurement of necessary items in consultation with PJO/ facility in charge; Keep constant follow-up of the PR and Monthly Fund Requisitions and also ensure that all the logistics arrive in time.
