• Educational background doesn't matter as long as you speak English fluently.
• An A-level/NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, East West graduate/IELTS Band Score 6 is preferable.

• Deal closure: A key player in driving leads to successful deal closures.

• Computer skills: MS Office expert (MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
• Multi-tasker (able to speak and write at the same time).
• Results-oriented with no excuses.

Job context: We are looking for experienced and fresher (good English speakers) telemarketers for our Europe, USA, Canada and Australia projects..

We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for cold calling. 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a large number of outbound calls to Europe, USA, Canadian and Australia customers in a timely manner.
• Applicants must be fluent in English and able to work night shifts.
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling various topics. Also must have a good method and be able to go off-script if needed.
• Taking customer enquiries and selling services/products over the telephone as per instructions given.
• During each call, follow the “sales script” to address different topics
• Find out what the customer needs, clarify the problem and provide a solution or alternative.
• Searching for new targeted leads.
