Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, or a similar role will be preferred.
Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA (Bangladesh time 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with a 1-hour break time.
Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Make outbound calls to USA customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
Taking inbound calls from foreign customers.
Manage large volumes of calls efficiently and promptly
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Sell services/products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
Record all conversations in our call center database in a clear, comprehensible way.
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Process orders, forms, and applications as per instructions.
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
