• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Professional Certifications such as CA, CMA, CS, ACCA etc. (completed or in progress) will be an added advantage.

• Sound knowledge in general banking, credit, foreign exchange, AML etc.

• Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines and other relevant rules/regulations/standards.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.

• Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

• Conducting Internal Audit, Special/Surprise Audit, Investigation at Branches, HO Divisions/Departments and Subsidiaries as per risk based annual audit plan of the Bank.

• Conducting entry as well as closing meeting during the course of audit/investigation at Branches, HO Divisions/Departments and Subsidiaries on the approaches and overview of findings.

• Finalization of audit/investigation reports within the prescribed deadlines alongwith completion of audit rating.

• Assessing internal control systems in different functions and processes of the bank and testing of its effectiveness and escalating the significant risk areas/control weaknesses to the head of the department for further course of action.

• Assist to co-ordinate with Bangladesh Bank Inspection team, if required.

• Assist to prepare risk based annual audit plan of the Bank.
