Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, MIS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tracking Marketing & Sales Employee to ensure their presence & movement in the market.
∎ Analyzing market trend, market share, competitors pricing, promotion, industrial analysis, time-to-time Company performance & other competitive intelligence & submitting reports accordingly to the Management.
∎ Planning & contributing to develop all aspects of the organization's business development policies, objectives & initiatives.
∎ Evaluating the KPI wise monthly performance of the M & S team & the distributors/ dealers/retailers & & categorizing region/area/territory wise topers as per set criteria.
∎ Following up time to time the activities & responsibilities of the subordinate(s) of MIS dept.
∎ Accomplishing several relevant tasks given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 5000/= ( Five Thousand per month)
