Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Architect Intern to gain experience in interior design and architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, and interior design layouts.
- Support the development of SketchUp models, sections, elevations, AutoCAD presentations (drafting), 2D preparations, and 3D visualizations based on project requirements.
- Help in preparing drawings for submission to relevant authorities for approval.
- Maintain organized records of the project.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications according to design drawings.
- Support and coordinate with clients, project supervisors, engineers, and team members.
- Communicate with corporate clients to understand their objectives and requirements for the structures.
- Gain knowledge in aesthetics and design principles.
- Learn about various interior materials and their applications.
- Participate in project site visits to understand execution processes and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
