Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
∎ Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
∎ Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
∎ Support the HR team in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback.
∎ Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
∎ Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance within the organization.
