Job Context:
∎ Ethics & Compliance Department of IRC Country Program has been started from 1 December 2020 with one member team leaded by Senior Coordinator Ethics & Compliance. During this period, this department has been conducted significant number of training (staffs’ induction, partners training, MPA & MSA suppliers Training, Money Laundering Training), Audit support, conduct significant number of ECU delegated and In Country Investigations, Review support (partners, IRC offices), Risk Register development, CAMALCO function and Coordinate Legal Advisor and Tax Consultant. Considering above volume of tasks it is very difficult to manage these tasks by one person. On the other hand, due to budget constrained issue SMT is not decided to allocate another full-time staff in this stage. So, an intern can support to involve few low volume routines works of the department and this task can also improve intern’s personal capacity and once another position will propose in the department then intern can also be a potential candidate
∎ Objective: The aim of the assignment is to provide low volume routines works assigned by Senior Coordinator Ethics and Compliance and also building personal capacity of Intern.
∎ Work Location: Dhaka
∎ Line Manager: Senior Coordinator - Ethics & Compliance
∎ Duration: 28 February 2023

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Intern should involve below tasks:
∎ Develop power point presentation of various training
∎ Translate various documents from Bengali to English and prepare English transcript form interview record of various investigation.
∎ Update in country and ECU investigation Tracer.
∎ Assist Senior Coordinator Ethics and Compliance during various compliance visit
∎ Communicate with various departments as a representative of Ethics & Compliance Unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Honest and ethically strong person
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and work with diverse people
∎ Good writing skills in English and Bangla
∎ Good knowledge to operate computer especially proficient knowledge on Ms. Office
