Educational Requirements:

∎ At least a bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ management or related area

Job Context:
∎ GIZ Bangladesh is currently seeking applications for the position of "Intern" from candidates who are attending a course of further study of which the completion of an internship is an integral component or have graduated no more than six months before commencing the internship.
∎ Internship Duration: 6 Months (maximum)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will work under the general and overall supervision and guidance of the Project Head of Logistics. In order to fulfil his/her tasks, s/he will work in close coordination with one designated Administrative Specialist.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for:
∎ Assisting by implement goals and requirements set by the line manager
∎ Support in the documentation and reporting
∎ Support in event travel and procurement of goods and services
∎ In this context, the position holder fulfils the following tasks:
∎ Tasks:
∎ The position holder handling administrative task, support in day-to-day administrative task.
∎ 1. Administrative Intern Main Job Duties:
∎ Support in day-to-day administrative works
∎ Develop and maintain a filing system
∎ Organize meetings and taking detailed minutes
∎ Assist in Event and travel related works
∎ Assist in organize meetings, workshop
∎ Arrange required office supplies and items for meeting
∎ Make phone calls as and when necessary and instructed by supervisor
∎ Communicate with Project colleagues and accounts team
∎ Drafting letters and memos and office order for the cluster
∎ Assist the admin team in implementation of task as and when necessary
∎ 2. Internal communications:
∎ Attend meetings and maintain good network with project colleagues, accounts unit.
∎ 3. Other duties / Additional tasks:
∎ Assist in any other task as and when necessary and assigned by supervisor.
∎ Support the team in any additional tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

∎ Good command of English (written and verbal)
∎ Strong Communication Skill
∎ A good team player
∎ Ability to work on own initiative
