Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Programmatic activities in an authentic manner-90%
∎ Provides operational support on the implementation of the project & Programmes;
∎ Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation;
∎ Provide logistical support for workshops and other meetings as tasked by the Programme Manager;
∎ Process programme-related travel arrangements;
∎ Check New bio-data including all the necessary documents;
∎ Make sponsored children's files and update those files from time to time;
∎ Take approval of Purchase Requisition, Money Requisition, TAF, KYC, Beneficiaries list, etc., and send different documents to field offices through courier;
∎ Develop and take necessary actions to print different materials of CRP;
∎ Checking hard copies of new biodata, agreement & scoring format and giving feedback to respective Field Offices;
∎ Provide necessary inputs on case studies collected by field offices;
∎ Support the elaboration of projects work plans;
∎ Support the elaboration of projects procurement plans;
∎ Take approval from the approval authority for PR, MR, Cash Advance, and so on;
∎ Submit Bill-vouchers to finance for the smooth running of the projects
∎ Other Requirement-10%
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Participate in seasonal (Ramadan, Winterization & Qurbani) & emergency response programs if required.
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey the IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
