Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate with property owners looking to rent or sell their properties and with tenants/buyers searching for suitable options.
Process new client inquiries, maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
Provide accurate service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Assist in generating sales leads and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
