Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and exterior works
Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and timelines
Prepare and review BOQ, rate analysis, and cost breakdown
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Assist in tender preparation and vendor comparison
Monitor cost variations and support budget control during executionBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2–5 years of experience in interior and exterior estimation (preferred)
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, fit-out works, and façade elements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (Planswift/CostX is a plus)
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy
