∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive knowledge on high end residential & commercial projects is required.
∎ Must have practical knowledge on, AutoCAD, 3DS Max with V-ray rendering, Sketch up, Lumion, Coreldraw, Photoshop.
∎ Designing, implementing and refurbishing interior spaces, focusing efforts on interior design, color schemes, lighting, ventilation, furniture and furnishing.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the hands-on painting, decorating and interior work; will be finished within the given time.
∎ Keep updated on current trends and recent developments in the interior design industry, such as decorating techniques, new-fangled materials and innovative tools.
∎ Performed any other tasks assigned by seniors/ Company Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Have to be send Resume with Portfolio.
∎ Must be dedicated, self motivated, proactive, energetic & communication ability.
Salary: Negotiable
