Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Architect Intern to gain experience in interior design and architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, and interior design layouts.
Support the development of SketchUp models, sections, elevations, AutoCAD presentations (drafting), 2D preparations, and 3D visualizations based on project requirements.
Help in the preparation of drawings for submission to relevant authorities for approval.
Maintain organized records of the project.
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications according to design drawings.
Provide support and coordination with clients, project supervisors, engineers, and team members.
Communicate with corporate clients to understand their objectives and requirements for the structures.
Gain knowledge in aesthetics and design principles.
Learn about various interior materials and their applications.
Participate in project site visits to understand execution processes and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
