Job Context:
∎ Chemonics International, Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is seeking qualified development funds/grants management professionals for multiple positions on an anticipated USAID-funded activity that will higher secondary education in Bangladesh.
∎ These positions will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time employee with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemonics seeks the following professionals:
∎ A mid/senior-level development funds/grants specialist with minimum of four/five years of experience with development funds and grants management, preferably for USAID or other international donor-funded projects. Successful candidates will have experience overseeing the selection, funding, implementation, compliant administration, and monitoring of projects and pilot initiatives funded through sub-awards. Candidates will have demonstrated knowledge of USAID and/or other donor compliance, development funding, and grants management policies, systems and procedures, budget development and financial tracking for grants, and grantee management best practices, as well as demonstrated ability to facilitate internal and external knowledge-sharing and learning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in relevant field(s) (see job responsibilities section).
∎ Experience working with USAID, or other large multi- or bilateral donor is preferred.
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
∎ Proficiency in English required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
