∎ Project name: Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)
∎ Location: CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be for 4.5 plus years
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, including donor fund management, capacity building and facilitation in inclusive development projects.
∎ Experience in managing startups or social enterprise
∎ Hands on experience with business planning and modeling and human-centered designing
∎ Relationship management with private sector companies especially with financial institutions
∎ Experience in managing financial inclusion initiatives for smallholder startups/ individuals
∎ Profound technical expertise and work experience in working with local organizations and international donor supported projects.
∎ Committed to achieving results in a short time frame and under time pressure.
∎ Sensitivity to political issues; knowledge of political and governance structures in Bangladesh is a necessity.
∎ Highly communicative and transparent; excellent writing skills.
∎ Proven track record in developing curricula, training and process manuals and toolkits in the start-up incubation, entrepreneurship development.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation
