Job Context:
∎ Chemonics International, Inc., a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is seeking qualified development funds/grants management professionals for multiple positions on an anticipated USAID-funded activity that will higher secondary education in Bangladesh.
∎ These positions will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time employee with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemonics seeks the following professionals:
∎ An entry/mid-level project assistant with a minimum of two/three years of experience in fund/grants administration and/or project management. Successful candidates will have experience providing administrative and project management support for grants implementation, including coordinating application processes, organizing review panels, communicating with applicants, maintaining activity files up to date and complete, and supporting pre-award due diligence and other compliance requirements as directed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in relevant field(s) (see job responsibilities section).
∎ Experience working with USAID, or other large multi- or bilateral donor is preferred.
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
∎ Proficiency in English required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
