Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in providing qualitative data reports on a need basis. He/ She will solely work as the information management focal point, Database manager, data cleaner, Data analysis, and data validation of the UNICEF-supported education program in Bhasan Char.
∎ Responsible for coordinating and supporting data collection, management, visualization, and reporting for their organization.
∎ Support the management in preparing monthly, quarterly, interim, and final narrative reports as per proposal, program and project needs with relevant data and analysis reports.
∎ Ensure that the authentic data of HCRP Education Activities of Bhasan Char and maintain reporting requirements of UNICEF on per need basis.
∎ Experience in handling large MIS databases and providing quantitative data reports on a need basis to Sectors, Donors, Program Team, and Project Manager.
∎ Collect and preserve the data of the Education Programme Bhasanchar
∎ Provide narrative reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to Sector, Donors, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager
∎ Lead survey team to select rights holders/ children according to the guidelines for the project
∎ Prepare a service map of the camp area
∎ Provide information for monthly, interim, final reports and sectoral reports.
∎ Collect case stories from the field, document best practices, and lesson learnings, and collect visual documentation of education project activities.
∎ Prepare the reporting schedule and meet the different reporting deadlines as assigned by UNICEF.
∎ Share different information to develop a project with the management team.
∎ Maintain proper documentation - event reports, success stories, etc.
∎ Develop project Monitoring plan, M&E tools, and guidance notes for effective implementation of education activities.
∎ Contribute to developing an information management system at the project level and maintain and ensure that the required indicators are in place during monitoring and evaluation activities.
∎ Working as IMS focal person for the UNICEF-supported education project at Bhasan Char.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans, update and share the progress regularly with the management
∎ Maintain data based on complaints, child protection, or cases as well as maintain project-based CFM logbook in consultation and collaboration with Bhasan Char CFM Focal/ Project Manager.
∎ Ensure complaint log and register at the project level as per donor requirements.
∎ Properly maintained project indicators, tools, and reports, safeguarding & Gender Sensitivity issues about project activities.
∎ Maintaining lessons learned logs to accumulate learning of the project, Support in need assessments, and context analysis.
∎ Contribute to coordinating, and organizing workshops, training, learning, and workshops within the project and program.
∎ Establish a network with UNICEF, the Education Sector, different education sector partners, and other service providers to bring the project participants under various GO & NGO support.
∎ Establish a network with the CIC Office, ARRRC office, and different education sector partners and link their facilities with our project participants.
∎ Strengthening the organization’s visibility in different wider networks.
∎ Organize knowledge-sharing and prepare a compiled database for the Bhasan Char education sector in collaboration with other education actors.
∎ Coordinating overall implementation of the Project at Bhasan Char level.
∎ Represent Islamic Relief Bangladesh in coordination meetings and workshops
∎ Coordinating the project lead to be managed within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints to enable delivery of the agreed outputs and/or benefits.
∎ Liaise with education partners, government representatives, donor agencies, and national and international NGOs to ensure smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Support to organize the phase-out meeting, support in the IT side to develop Materials for Learning sessions.
∎ Develop ToR and SoW for different surveys, evaluations, and research as relevant to the project and share with the HCRP Program Team.
∎ Conduct research, PDM, study baseline, and end line in consultation with the MEAL/ Program team.

The role serves as the key focal point for information management, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and reporting, while supporting project implementation through effective monitoring tools, coordination, and documentation. The incumbent will also contribute to research and evaluation activities, support internal and external communication, and foster partnerships with education sector stakeholders, government bodies, and NGOs to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with donor requirements.
