• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Industrial Engineering (IE) from a reputed university.

• Excellent knowledge of SMV calculation, time study, and work study methods.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive process improvements.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and root cause analysis.

• Coordinate with production teams and ensure target achievement.

• Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) and set shift-wise production targets.

• Set up and monitor shift-wise production targets across processes, ensuring operators and machines meet performance standards.        

• Conduct sample studies to identify process breakdowns and recommend process simplifications to optimize operations.        

• Assist in recruiting new operators and conduct skill tests to assess qualifications for the production line.       

• Prepare operator-wise and machine-wise target achievement reports and monitor hourly and shift-wise production efficiency.       

• Scan operations in each process, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions through root cause analysis.        

• Perform man-machine projections for 1 month and 3 months and conduct criticality analysis for workforce and machinery needs.       

• Lead process improvement initiatives, save chemicals, reduce manpower, and assist in minimizing rework and rewash in the plant.        

• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and develop new processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.       

• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by company management to support production and operational goals.
