Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. This involves studying time and motion, conducting work sampling, and collecting data on process performance.
∎ Conducting time studies to determine the standard time required to perform specific tasks or processes. This helps in setting performance targets, identifying inefficiencies, and establishing labor standards.
∎ Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance, productivity, quality, and cost. This includes developing performance metrics, generating reports, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Providing training and support to employees on new processes, tools, and techniques. This includes conducting workshops, creating training materials, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
∎ Take necessary steps to minimize wastage and loss in all operating areas.
∎ Increase productivity and efficiency through Method Study, Method Re-engineering, Motion study, Time study.
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of man, machine and materials and analyzing productivity and calculate efficiency.
∎ Implementing innovations to reduce cost and increase productivity.
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better efficiency, productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English both verbal and written.
∎ Expert in MS Office Program.
∎ Good in interpersonal communication.
