Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor degree. Education can be relaxed for those who have at least 3 years experience in education related field.
∎ Candidate having relevant experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is based in Rajnagar Upazila of Moulvibazar district and Chunarughat and Madhabpur Upazila under Habiganj District.
∎ The person who will work in this position will directly assist of the school management of teachers;
∎ This position will be responsible to supervise at least 10-12 schools
∎ Candidate will be directly involved in regular school meetings
∎ Candidate Will be directly involved in the implementation of teaching and learning methods in school, use of materials, ensuring learning environment, assisting teachers in learning quality verification and evaluation, supervising, preparing school reports, etc.
∎ Candidate will help teachers & school managements for school supervision
∎ Prepare Training materials & distribution
∎ Organize School Management Committee (SMC) Meeting
∎ Conduct parents and community awareness session
∎ Assist to project coordinator to execute school and community-based events, fairs, and others to the project locations.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor or delegated authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on education, child rights, protection & non-discrimination and gender sensitive treatment;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla;
∎ Is a team player but also has the ability to work independently with limited supervision;
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Sound understanding of internal and external audit requirements;
∎ Results orientated and good reporting skills;
∎ Attentive to details and quality of work.
Salary: Tk. 16534 (Monthly)
