Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Sciences, Economics or equivalent with combination of qualifications and practical experience in relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at Cox`s Bazar Regional Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be for 03 years

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 to 7 years' experience in the relevant field experiences on similar activities.
∎ At least five (5) years of experience working on gender and/or social inclusion programs in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience working with USAID-funded programs strongly preferred.
∎ Strong analytical, facilitation and conceptual skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and cooperate effectively with a large and multicultural team
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
∎ Strong commitment to accountability, social justice, promoting inclusion and gender awareness and equality.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
