Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA/MBA from a reputed university.

  • Certification in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Strategic Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Must be proactive, innovative, and result-oriented.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Brand In Charge will be responsible for developing & executing brand strategies, supervising marketing campaigns & ensuring effective brand visibility across all platforms. The incumbent will work closely with media, product, R&I, factory & production teams to strengthen Walton Digi-Tech’s brand identity.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop & execute brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan & optimize marketing budgets.
  • Supervise campaign execution, feedback & reporting.
  • Coordinate with Media, Product, R&I & Production team.
  • Manage outdoor, store branding & PR activities.
  • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis & consumer research.
  • Monitor competitor activities across ATL, BTL & Digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand persona, guidelines & ensure proper brand alignment.
  • Prepare management reports & support fair/event management (local & global).
