Must be proactive, innovative, and result-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context: The Brand In Charge will be responsible for developing & executing brand strategies, supervising marketing campaigns & ensuring effective brand visibility across all platforms. The incumbent will work closely with media, product, R&I, factory & production teams to strengthen Walton Digi-Tech’s brand identity.
Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Plan & optimize marketing budgets.
- Supervise campaign execution, feedback & reporting.
- Coordinate with Media, Product, R&I & Production team.
- Manage outdoor, store branding & PR activities.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis & consumer research.
- Monitor competitor activities across ATL, BTL & Digital platforms.
- Maintain brand persona, guidelines & ensure proper brand alignment.
- Prepare management reports & support fair/event management (local & global).
