Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and look after all legal affairs.
∎ Handle different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, etc.
∎ Draft, vet and scrutinize agreements and other legal documents. Provide legal opinion and compliance.
∎ Review the legal material and documents and solve any issue on a priority basis.
∎ Prepare various kinds of deeds and agreements.
∎ Communicate with the partners, clients.
∎ Conduct initial meetings with the clients, receive and review documents for further steps.
∎ Check legal documents of the Park.
∎ Prepare various kinds of reports.
∎ Update management and prepare report regarding Laws and regulations related to business.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Enrollment with Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Effective Technical Skills
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Creative mindset
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Leadership skills
∎ People Management skill.
