Responsibilities & Context:
Company: Confidence Cement Dhaka Limited
Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi
Ensure timely execution of routine and scheduled maintenance of all commercial vehicles to maintain optimum operational efficiency
Allocate and supervise manpower effectively based on technical requirements for vehicle repair and servicing
Monitor and update the maintenance status of all vehicles on a regular basis
Take immediate action for emergency repairs and breakdown maintenance
Manage road-side repairs and vehicle recovery operations as required
Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing necessary technical guidance and support
Ensure proper store requisition and availability of required spare parts for vehicle repair and maintenance
Forecast future spare parts and vehicle (TPT) requirements to meet upcoming operational and commercial demands
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the ERP system for all transport and maintenance-related activities
Monitor and control fuel consumption by checking and maintaining the KPL (kilometer per liter) of each vehicle
Maintain all relevant records in the Vehicle Maintenance Log Book
Implement cost-control measures to reduce overall vehicle maintenance expenses
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management
