Experience:
Oversee day-to-day security operations of the Whole factory including entry/exit points, perimeters, Loading Point, warehouses, and production plants for employees, visitors, and vehicles. also Identify and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized movement.
Ensure security operations comply with WRAP’s Principle 12: Customs Compliance & Security.
Train new Security Guards and enhance security awareness among all Security Personnel within the company.
Ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.
Ensure that all Security Personnel are performing their duties sincerely and effectively.
Maintain accurate visitor and other’s logbooks and entry registers and digital records of entries and exits.
Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, or any suspicious incidents.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or intelligence agencies when required.
Regularly prepare and submit necessary reports, records, and documents to the Management as required.
Support internal and third-party audits related to security and compliance.
Perform any other security-related tasks assigned by the Management.
Maintain security of premises, assets and personnel.
Exhibit honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all duties.
