• Good knowledge and skills in store operation and distribution
• Prior experience in retail or large-scale distribution systems will be considered an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Any certification in logistics & Warehouse operation will be preferred

• Ensure proper inventory management across all product categories to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize availability.

• Plan and maintain category-wise minimum and required stock levels on a monthly basis, aligned with sales trends and forecasted demand.

• Ensure proper and appealing display of all merchandise.

• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, respectful, and welcoming environment at all times.

• Conduct regular housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing outdated or slow-moving merchandise.

• Ensure daily deposit of cash, demand drafts (DD), and pay orders (PO) into the designated bank account without delay.

• Receive, dispatch, and transfer goods in a timely and organized manner as per the defined schedule.

• Maintain strict adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to manage inventory freshness and reduce losses.

• Safeguard the RDC premises and all physical assets through vigilant oversight and adherence to security protocols.

• Settle claims promptly and accurately in line with the approved company policy.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and claims effectively and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
