∎ Age 38 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As in charge follow up, monitor & supervise QAD for a KNIT COMPOSITE GARMENTS;
∎ Assure Product Quality standard according to buyers’ requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process;
∎ Ensure to meet production schedule (T&A) in collaboration with the production & merchandising department according to quality standards;
∎ Follow the customer's manual/guidelines and apply accordingly, and production only in the customer's prior authorized supply chain;
∎ Develop Quality Strategies, policies, processes, standards and systems of the company;
∎ Lead Quality control and management system in cutting, sewing, finishing & implementing procedures for inspecting, testing & evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company’s standards;
∎ Establish existing SOP’s & monitor all the operations are performing through SOP;
∎ Implement technical requirements for individual buyer;
∎ Conduct technical audit in the factory & take necessary measures to meet standards;
∎ Keep all the quality documents, buyer’s manual & implement accordingly;
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product;
∎ Strongly monitor production process in line with the QA & QC strategy;
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the management time to time.
