Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all finishing accessories are in housed on time.
∎ Responsible for finishing, ironing of garments.
∎ Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Monitor and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule.
∎ Maintain all the standard level of finishing process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.
∎ Responsible for arranging an inspection with buying QC before completion of finished order quantity.
∎ Manpower turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Assist Finishing Head to control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing department within the budgeted limit.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site
∎ Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills on garments finishing jobs
∎ Relevant knowledge and skills in garments manufacturing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Finishing Department.
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Computer literacy (Oracle/ERP environment)
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
