Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, HR Services, payroll management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits (Gratuity Fund, Welfare Fund), Employee Salary taxes and other deductions
∎ Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
∎ Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
∎ Coordinate the completion of an employee’s yearly performance appraisal effectively and quickly.
∎ Co-ordinate proper execution of an employee’s promotion, transfer, resignation & other HR services including Final Settlement.
∎ Counsel & communicate with employee management decisions as per the company’s rules, missions and values that affect them.
∎ To prepare the monthly salary statement, reconcile and forward bank disbursements.
∎ Reconcile with the attendance report to ensure there is no ambiguity in the salary sheet.
∎ Take care of employee benefit related issues such as hospitalization bills, PF loans etc. for timely processing of payment to employees.
∎ Develop & organize various incentive & reward schemes, welfare & recreational activities based on Agora needs.
∎ Work closely with other key functional mangers to identify the HR implications arising from a company’s business strategies and contribute to solving specific HR issues as per policies.
∎ Work with an HR team to implement the specific HR services/ rules in the company in accordance with the HR practices & policies.
∎ Prepare Annual Business to align with organizational business.
∎ Take care of the employee relationship issues and address them on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law & amendment Act, Grievance and disciplinary procedures, experience on compensation and benefits management (Provident Fund, Gratuity, Welfare Fund & Income tax).

Salary: Negotiable
