∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Strong command of English (Native-like fluency preferred)
∎ Band Score of 7.5 or higher
∎ 2+ years of experience in IELTS teaching and curriculum development
∎ Proven experience in course and syllabus design (IELTS & Spoken English)
∎ Passionate about teaching and learner success
∎ Basic understanding of online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
∎ Strong command of English (Native-like fluency preferred)
∎ Band Score of 7.5 or higher

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct IELTS online and offline classes, one to one private sessions & Mock test
∎ Familiarity with IELTS exam patterns & materials
∎ Design and develop IELTS course structure, syllabus, and lesson plans
∎ Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Regular & Executive batches)
∎ Create and implement English Speaking Courses focused on fluency, phonetics, and real-life communication
∎ Build engaging and effective curriculum for both group and one-on-one sessions
∎ Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
∎ Collaborate with academic coordinators to maintain quality standards
∎ Guide students with career counselling, mindset building, and discipline
