Responsibilities & Context:
Provide personalized counselling to students regarding UK & Australian universities, academic programs, and admission requirements.
Assess students` eligibility based on academic criteria, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
Manage student admission processes and maintain consistent communication with both students and university representatives.
Stay informed about UK & Australian education policies, scholarships, and study opportunities.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including education fairs and events.
Keep records updated in CRM and submit regular progress reports.
Maintain regular contact, provide updates, reminders, and solve client queries.
