• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, think creatively, and take initiative
• Previous experience in education counseling or student advisory services is preferred

• Provide personalized counselling to students regarding UK & Australian universities, academic programs, and admission requirements.

• Assess students` eligibility based on academic criteria, admission requirements, and visa regulations.

• Manage student admission processes and maintain consistent communication with both students and university representatives.

• Stay informed about UK & Australian education policies, scholarships, and study opportunities.

• Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including education fairs and events.

• Keep records updated in CRM and submit regular progress reports.

• Maintain regular contact, provide updates, reminders, and solve client queries.
