∎ We are currently recruiting five experienced and passionate IELTS Instructors for delivering our premier IELTS Training Programs through virtual platform.
∎ Our Virtual Training Platform is designed, built, and equipped to premium standards, thus providing instructors and students with a world standard teaching and learning environment. We place a strong emphasis on training quality, and this is reflected in our approach to instructor recruitment, development, support and management.
∎ The minimum work contract is for 4.5 clock hours per week depending on the training modules assigned. It is possible to be assigned more classes, subject to availability.
∎ Job Description: As an IELTS Instructor, you will be responsible for the educational success of our IELTS students, both first-time and repeat candidates. You will contribute to the Students` learning by preparing and delivering educational, interactive, and dynamic classes that help to prepare students in taking the IELTS exam. You will inspire and prepare them to achieve a high score in the IELTS Exam.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable courses for students
∎ Planning, preparing and delivering high quality IELTS training sessions taking into account individual learning styles and abilities
∎ Developing the course contents, study materials in both print and digital format
∎ Completing teaching related administrative tasks, including keeping registers, record of work done and marking exams
∎ Conducting and grading IELTS Practice exams
∎ Invigilating IELTS Mock exams, Conducting Speaking Mock Exams
∎ Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning
∎ Supporting Center marketing and promotional efforts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Native level competency in English Language
∎ At least 3 years' teaching experience as an Academic IELTS Instructor which must include 1000+ hrs of Classroom instruction in at least one of the four IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
∎ A 4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in English Language and/or Literature
∎ Any TESOL/TEFL Certification (e.g. CELTA/DELTA/Trinity CertTESOL) is highly desirable
∎ Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis
∎ A minimum Overall Score of 8.0 and a minimum individual Score of 8.5 in at least one of the four modules in the Academic IELTS (achieved within the last four years)
∎ Proficient in Technology-Centric Teaching and Learning and quick to adapt to new digital platforms
∎ Professional in attitude, dynamic mindset with a passion for teaching and a commitment to real IELTS Training
∎ Firm Commitment to ensure Confidentiality for intellectual property developed by the company
∎ Open minded towards new challenges, flexible, a positive attitude, and the desire to help change futures
