Job Context:
∎ Directly reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Eduko Bangladesh is a student placement company with access to 1,200 education institutions and a deep commitment to improve outcomes for educators and students. We are currently recruiting for the Head of Eduko Bangladesh`s IELTS business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for setting up new IELTS centers and being responsible for the overall P&L of each IELTS center nationally.
∎ Overseeing mentoring, registration, test center operations.
∎ Developing annual, quarterly and periodical budgets.
∎ Driving and ensuring appropriate manpower staffing across each center.
∎ Leading sales efforts, driving the operations and support teams to ensure KPI and KRA target achievements.
∎ Developing and implementing marketing plans and revenue growth strategies.
∎ Developing sustainable networks with educational institutions, coaching education providers, training institutions.
∎ Analyzing costs, variable contributions and the business's actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ Maintaining close coordination with the international placements business to ensure seamless cross synergies.
∎ Responsible for overall IELTS operation of Eduko Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ All qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' senior leadership experience managing and leading any IELTS business.
∎ Strong interpersonal, English communication and presentation skills.
∎ A solid understanding of sales, along with budgeting and annual plan development.
