Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The IELTS Instructor will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS examination, improving their proficiency in English, and ensuring they achieve their desired band scores. The instructor will deliver engaging lessons, conduct mock tests, and provide constructive feedback to students.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Teaching & Training:
∎ Conduct IELTS preparation classes focusing on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
∎ Develop lesson plans tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning needs.
∎ Use effective teaching techniques to keep students engaged and motivated.
∎ 2. Student Assessment:
∎ Regularly assess students’ performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
∎ Administer and evaluate mock tests to track progress and suggest areas of improvement.
∎ 3. Course Content Development:
∎ Prepare and update course materials, including practice exercises, sample questions, and tips for exams.
∎ Incorporate multimedia tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
∎ 4. Student Support:
∎ Offer one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students needing extra assistance.
∎ Address queries and concerns related to the IELTS exam.
∎ 5. Record Keeping:
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, test scores, and progress.
∎ Provide regular updates to the Center Manager regarding class performance and challenges.
∎ 6. Professional Development:
∎ Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and scoring criteria.
∎ Attend training and workshops organized by the Learning Center.
