∎ Job Description:
∎ BCRC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Counseling Manager to join our team. The Counseling Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting new clients to the business, selling our services, and providing personalized counseling to help them make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.
∎
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ - Lead student sales efforts to promote BCRC's services and attract potential clients.
∎ - Develop and implement strategies to acquire new students and clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ - Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
∎ - Provide personalized counseling and guidance to clients regarding study abroad options, English language proficiency tests such as IELTS, immigration pathways, and career opportunities.
∎ - Assist clients in selecting suitable universities, colleges, or destinations based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
∎ - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education and immigration sectors to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
∎ - Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, immigration agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve organizational goals.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
∎ - Proven track record of 3-5 years of experience in counseling, sales, or related fields, preferably in the education or immigration sector.
∎ - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
∎ - Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
∎ - Knowledge of the international education system, immigration procedures, and visa requirements is preferred.
∎ - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
