Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Onboard new students and clients as per sales target.
∎ Call leads to invite them for office visits.
∎ Educate clients about study abroad options, immigration pathways, and career opportunities.
∎ Assist clients in selecting suitable universities, colleges, or destinations based on their preferences and goals.
∎ Collaborate with the Counseling Managers and other team members to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
∎ BCRC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Counselor to join our team. The Junior Counselor will support sales-related activities and provide counseling to prospective clients interested in BCRC's services.
