Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description:
∎ BCRC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counselor to join our team. The Counselor will work closely with the Counseling Manager to support sales-related activities and provide counseling to prospective clients interested in BCRC's services.
∎
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ - Assist the Counseling Manager in implementing sales strategies to acquire new students and clients.
∎ - Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide information about BCRC's services.
∎ - Educate clients about study abroad options, immigration pathways, and career opportunities.
∎ - Assist clients in selecting suitable universities, colleges, or destinations based on their preferences and goals.
∎ - Provide support to clients throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
∎ - Collaborate with the Counseling Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
∎ - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
∎ - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
∎ - 0-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or related fields.
∎ - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
∎ - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
