Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and provide solutions for the cost reduction through process improvements and cost/benefit analysis.
∎ Identify operational bottlenecks and develop , analyze, and present solution.
∎ Provides guidance to distribution and logistics related to effective and efficient use of assets and processes.
∎ Establish and maintain standards using full cycle frequency studies across all operational processes.
∎ Conduct ergonomic evaluations, recommending method improvements to work area designs.
∎ Ability to drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems.
∎ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of industrial engineering experience, manufacturing processes of woven Bottoms, jeans, chino equivalent experience.
∎ Very Good knowledge about SMV calculation and Efficiency calculation.
∎ Strong organization, time management and follow up skills leading with a sense of urgency.
∎ Must be able to operate with sound reasoning and judgments coupled with a high level of resourcefulness.
∎ Knowledge about lean Manufacture.
∎ Knowledge about 5 S.
