Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Boutique/ Fashion

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering / Garment Technology.
• Diploma in Industrial Engineering may also be considered for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in IE Department of lingerie/garments factory.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of lingerie (bra & panties) operation breakdown.
• Ability to prepare accurate SMV and efficiency reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel and IE reporting tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled IE Officer to join our lingerie factory. The candidate must have sound knowledge of production planning, efficiency improvement, line balancing, and garment operation breakdown, with special focus on lingerie (bra, panty, briefs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare operation breakdown (OB) and set standard minutes (SMV) for lingerie products.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity.
• Ensure proper line balancing to achieve production targets.
• Monitor daily production efficiency and take corrective actions.
• Develop and implement methods to reduce cost and wastage.
• Work closely with production supervisors to solve bottlenecks.
• Support new style development with efficiency and manpower planning.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency, capacity, and manpower utilization.
• Must be able to provide cm reports on daily, weekly and monthly with all clear analysis with CAP’s .
• To be able to work under pressure to manage minimum 10 lines and get efficiency with smart industrial solutions and must show results with in short period.

Job Location: Work at the factory (Targach, Gazipura, Gacha, Bangladesh)
