Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Layout paper provide to Floor Incharge/APM and discuss with them about styling.
∎ Feeding the sewing line according to OB
∎ Skill matrix update once in six month
∎ To Check Operation Bulletin (OB) and provide Line before layout.
∎ Set Daily Line Target Accoding to Manpower & SMV
∎ Doing Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
∎ Doing capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
∎ Co-ordination with Senior for Improvement Idea.
∎ Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor
∎ Solved bottleneck area by line balancing
∎ Monitoring and Line balancing – Based on Capacity and WIP in the line
∎ To help supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism
∎ New recruited operator assessment
∎ Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity
∎ Reduce Operator Vs Helper Ratio
∎ To Increase Efficiency Level
∎ New Process Development
∎ Reduce Changeover time
