Responsibilities & Context:
- Layout paper provide to Floor Incharge/APM and discuss with them about styling.
- Feeding the sewing line according to OB
- Skill matrix update once in six month
- To Check Operation Bulletin (OB) and provide Line before layout.
- Set Daily Line Target Accoding to Manpower & SMV
- Doing Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
- Doing capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
- Co-ordination with Senior for Improvement Idea.
- Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor
- Solved bottleneck area by line balancing
- Monitoring and Line balancing – Based on Capacity and WIP in the line
- To help supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism
- New recruited operator assessment
- Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity
- Reduce Operator Vs Helper Ratio
- To Increase Efficiency Level
- New Process Developent
- Reduce Changeover time
